I like eggs very much in every form. So here is an egg recipe with a sweet twist. A very delicious and wholesome food specially good for people having dry skin. As eggs contain sulfur which can keep your skin healthy so this is a natural choice to give your taste buds and your skin a treat.
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Khoya or Powder Milk
- 1 tsp Green Cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp Ghee or butter
- 5-6 Chopped Almonds
- 5-6 Chopped Pistachio
Recipe:
Mix the eggs and sugar and cardamom’s powder together with a fork or a beater until sugar is dissolved. Now add khoya or powder milk in it and mix well.
Heat ghee in a pan. Pour the egg mixture and stirring all the time fry on medium heat for 5-8 minutes until the eggs are cooked. When it start leaving ghee, remove from fire and transfer to a serving plate.Decorate it with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
