It is a great source of Vitamin A, C, Folic acid, Potassium, manganese, silica, sulfur, minerals and sterols. Sterols have been shown to lower cholesterol in animals.

May has come and the heat wave is in full swing. Though there are some sprinkles to make it a bit better but all the same you have to bear the long summer days . To top it all loadshedding isn’t helping either.
One day I was watching a cartoon show in which the main character Woolly was having a hot day. He came to know that sun was particularly bright and red that day and sweating.
So he filled a truck with lots of ice creams and went to the top of the hill to meet the sun. There he gave sun ice cream after which weather became pleasant. I wish things were as easier as it seems.
