    • Yeah it really does. It also depends on the quality and quantity of the ingredients. For example the coco powder should be of good quality otherwise the taste would be ruined.

  • Hey, I was reading your article and I just wanted to say thank you for putting out such great content. There is so much junk on the internet these days its difficult to find anything worthwhile. I actually have cooked this recipe before, I got this book last month on recommendation from a friend http://ninjahq.com/go/cookingrecipes and it turned out very nice! I’m very eager to try your variation of it though, it looks fantastic. I think you might enjoy those recipes, they’re very good. Thanks for the article and tips.

  • This site seems to recieve a good ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It offers a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to post about is the most important factor.

    • Thanks Karlyn. Most of my traffic come from search engines. I am trying to make it better whenever I get free time.

  • HI there! :-) Delicious looking recipe!!! But I have a question….
I’m not allowed to eat anything that contains corn or corn-derived products. What would you suggest I use instead of teh cornmeal, with out affecting the taste of the recipe?

    • @Ziva thanks for stopping by. I am going to be honest with you. I don’t consider myself a cooking expert as I started concentrating on this skill just after becoming a mother.

However there is one interesting fact I know about custard. There is no cornflour in original custard recipe. Egg yolk is used to get a thick consistency instead of cornflour. Thank you for your comment as I am going to try this new recipe at home.

Here is a link of the recipe: http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/no-bake-chocolate-custard
I hope you are allowed to eat egg yolk:p
