But you have to be aware of your skin type before applying it to your skin. If you have dry skin that needs to be moisturized even in summer then you can use it. You can dilute the lotion with rose water to get the desired effect. But you have to be extra careful when going outside in the sun. According to my experience glycerin doesn't work well in the sun even in winters. @Jelly, even in summers like we have here in Pakistan, you can you use the lotion.
