Leftover Cooking

The other day I had left over rice which no one want to eat. I didn’t want to throw them and wanted to utilize them in a way so that every one would eat it without making any fuss. So I searched the internet and found a great recipe. It was so easy and everyone at home enjoyed eating it.

Rice Pakora

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice (left over one) 1 cup.
Green Chillies Chopped.
Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped.
Ginger Finely Chopped.
Boiled Potato Small Cubes.

Besan 1 Cup.
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.
Chaat Masala 1 tsp.
Amchur powder 1/4th tsp.
Salt to taste.

Recipe:

Take a bowl. Put Besan.
Add all the spices together. Put a little water to make a batter.
Now add rice, onion, ginger, chopped chillies, coriander and potato cubes.
Mix all together.
Deep fry instantly in refined oil.
Garnish with cucumber slices and coriander leaves.
Eat them with ketchup or Tamarind Chutney.
