40 weeks pregnant Pregnancy and Internet

Today’s topic is pregnancy. Nine months of pregnancy is hell of a time. It is truly an exciting period of life filled with morning sickness, heart burn and several aches and pains in different parts of the body. It is also a time of self discovery to a completely new aspect of one’s personality. You get to know about your strengths and weaknesses much better than before.

In this unique period of life, internet has lot to offer. A treasure trove of knowledge and info just a few click away.

Today I am going to have a look at two websites that helped me a lot throughout my babyweb thumb Pregnancy and Internetpregnancy and even now they are proving useful.

Babycenter is the first one I would like to talk about. A huge collection of article are available for you to read. The topics cover from pre-pregnancy to beyond pregnancy. You can subscribe to their newsletters that keep you updated of all the necessary information that is needed at your particular stage of pregnancy or motherhood. They provide several calendars for you to help you track your pregnancy, ovulation and your baby’s development calendar.

You can search names for your baby through a huge collection with some handy tools like baby name finder, top baby names and celebrity baby names. You can also create a poll to choose a baby name by asking friends and family to vote for their favorites

You can easily find a question’s answer which is nagging you through ‘get answers’. Read latest news and blogs. There is also a section of videos and photos. If your not in a mood for adventure, just check out ‘Favorites’ to see what is ‘in’.

And when you are done browsing, you can go to shopping straight from the website with great suggestions.

It helped me a lot throughout my pregnancy. For forty weeks you get weekly updated about different milestones and things to expect at different stages of pregnancy.

The website navigation is extremely easy. On the left side you’ll find their most popular links which include gender predictor, boy or girl quiz, contests and sweepstakes and widgets to name a few. Another cool feature I like is Widgets. You can create and customize them and later add them to your website, blog and igoogle etc.

They also have a cool collection of newsletters tailored according to your situation. Check out immunization chart for your baby’s childhood vaccines. To make most of its great features membership is required which is very easy and “free”.

The site also has a wide variety of calendar both for you and the baby. They have an active community you can participate into and interact with mothers just like you. The website has lot to offer so just hop in and start discovering!
