I am a big fan of Tahir Sahb. His show named, ‘Cooking on a Budget” is outclass. I have posted some of his recipes on my blog to share with you but there are people who think that this blog is authored by him. Though I have corrected this misunderstanding at several occasions through comments and posts but still…
Anyway lets have a look at some of the websites having Tahir Chaudhry’s recipes. These websites have videos of his show, Cooking on a Budget. The reason I prefer videos over written instructions is because to view the whole process in front of my eyes will help me avoid any cooking disaster. And for this reason most of the recipes on this blog are with videos.
The website contains many recipes by different Chefs. But I have chosen this website as they have almost all the episodes of the TV show, “Cooking on A Budget” by Masala TV and they are adding more. You can watch videos here. The only drawback is that these videos don’t show the recipe card so you’ll have to follow every minute of the video in order to not to miss any ingredient.
The website has limited videos available.

I’ve never heard of him or his show. I look forward to trying some of his recipes.
@Sawyer you may not have heard of him as most of his audience is in Pakistan. But he is good and all his recipes that I tried at home never went wrong.
I’ve been staying in Pakistan for 3 weeks on my way to India and I loved the food. I must admit, I’ve never heard of Tahir Sahb but I’m glad I found your site and will try some of his recipes.
