As the name implies it seems quite difficult dish to cook. But for a medium level cook like me it is not that hard to make.Sheer Khurma is a Persian term, sheer means milk and khurma means dry dates.

Kashmiri chai or green tea as we call it here in Pakistan, is a refreshing and soothing drink. I love the aroma of it when simmering on low heat with the heavenly smell of cardamoms.
