Sensitive skin is hard to handle but if you develop a routine then it is a piece of cake. Sensitive skin
- Breaks out in rashes often
- Environmental factors can affect the sensitive skin the most
- Red and itchy most of the time
- Gets easily irritated

To take care of your sensitive skin
- Take a lot of water. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet.
- Avoid spicy foods and caffeinated or alcoholic drinks.
- To remove makeup, don’t use soap and washcloth as they may easily irritate your skin. Use cotton instead.
- To exfoliate, don’t use a product that contains granules of any size. Try using a product that contains Salicylic acid one a week to keep pores de-clogged.
- Stay away from products that contain alcohol. Choose a product that contains natural skin soothing ingredients like aloe Vera, rose extract, green tea.
- For toners, select a toner containing witch hazel instead of alcohol
- Buy a sunscreen containing moisturizer that has zinc and titanium dioxide. These ingredients are not absorbed into the skin as are sunscreens containing the skin irritating chemical Parsol 1789.
- Before applying moisturizer, dampen your skin lightly with water.
